  • Can I pick up my tickets in store?
    No. This option is not available for tickets purchased online.

  • Can I cancel a booking?
    For all cancellation or refund enquiries, please contact Newmans Music Works on (03) 688-5597.

  • Can I reserve a ticket / seat?
    No, all tickets are purchased & paid for online and are immediarely confirmed. Reserving a seat online is not possible. To reserve a seat offline is possible by phoning Newmans Music Works on (03) 688-5597 and the tickets are to be paid and collected at Newmans Music Works during normal shop hours.

  • How do I book for a special needs or wheel chair seating?
    All special needs access is to be booked via Newmans Music Works. Special needs seating eg. wheel chair parking are reserved for this purpose.

  • Can i make a partial payment for my group booking?
    No, this is not possible, a group booking must be paid in full (one single payment). Please contact Newmans Music Works if you have any questions in regards to Group Bookings.

  • What additional fee's am i paying when purchasing a ticket online?
    A 4% transaction fee applies for all online ticket purchases. This is to cover all banking credit card fees associated with the transaction.
